30E Details

30E has been furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings and has everything you could need for your holiday.  The villa has two bedrooms and sleeps three people.  

The lounge/dining area is very comfortable with a two seater sofa and armchair, A/C, television with UK channels and WiFi internet. For indoor dining there is a dining table and three chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your holiday.

The villa has one bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds, with bedside cabinets and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 has one single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

The terrace has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a laundry cupboard which houses a washing machine.

30E is located in a very quiet location, the terrace gets the sun all day and is south facing so ideal for long lazy days or if shade is required there is a pergola with an awning to shade from the heat.

Casas Del Sol complex has a beautiful heated communal pool along with a children's pool, tennis courts, reception office which sells essential items in the small shop area and friendly staff to help with any problems, issues or any tours and excursions you would like to book.  The gardens are very lush and pretty and kept to a very high standard.
